Application

The Benzonase ELISA Kit III was developed for the detection and quantitative determinationof Benzonase^® endonuclease in samples from downstream processing where Benzonase^® endonuclease is used as a process or purification aid. The assay allows the quantification of the presence of Benzonase^® endonuclease down to concentrations of 0.1 ng/mL. Cross-reactions with standards cell culture supernatant are less than 1%. The kit uses purified polyclonal antibodies specific to Benzonase^® endonuclease, which have been coated on to polystyrene microtiter plates.
