Application

Detect phospho-PKCδ (Ser664) using this Anti-phospho-PKCδ (Ser664) Antibody validated for use in WB.

Immunoblot Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution of this lot detected phospho-PKCδ (Ser664) in RIPA lysate of PMA-treated K562 cells.

Predicted to cross-react more weakly with mouse based on sequence homology, but have not been tested.

Recognizes phospho-PKCδ (Ser664), weaker with with mouse and rat PKCδ (Ser662) and PKCα (Ser657) and PKCβII (Ser662).

100 μL of affinity purified rabbit polyclonal IgG in 50% storage buffer (PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.3 containing 1.0 mg/mL BSA (IgG, protease free) and 0.05% sodium azide) and 50% glycerol.

Preparation Note

Stable for 2 years at -20°C from date of shipment. Upon first thaw, and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance. Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.

Analysis Note

Routinely evaluated by immunoblot.
