Application

Anti-Streptavidin antibody produced in rabbit has been used in:
  • immunostaining
  • 3D Migration Assay
  • assessing phagosomal maturation
  • enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)
  • immunoblotting

Biochem/physiol Actions

The streptavidin and its interaction with biotin is exploited in immunoassays and finds application in imaging, protein engineering, nanoassembly and cancer immunotherapy.

Analysis Note

This antisera is evaluated for performance and specificity by immunodiffusion and immunoelectrophoresis.
