General description
- KappaSelect is an affinity chromatography resin designed for the purification of human Fab (kappa) fragments.
- It is a rigid agarose base matrix that facilitates high flow rates and large volume processing of samples for efficient throughput.
- The Fab purity and productivity are maintained by the low ligand leakage.
- Non-mammalian derived product is also effective in binding IgG, IgA, and IgM target molecules.
