Source: Blanched peanut, crushed (Runner cultivar)
Formulation: Preservative-free and carrier-free in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Sterile filtered.

Purification: From delipidated peanut extract by affinity chromatography. Purity on silver stained SDS-PAGE >95%.

Note:
(1) Upper band is Ara h 1 trimer.
(2) Two minor bands below the monomer are Ara h 1 fragments 3.
(3) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes.
