General description

Although the Chromolith® columns are well known for their robustness and longevity, guard columns are available to prolong the lifespan of Chromolith® analytical columns even further. These guard cartridges require a special holder.
The guard cartridge kit includes the guard cartridge holder and three guard cartridges.
The Chromolith® 5-3 guard cartridge holder bioinert is pressure stable up to 400 bar and made of PEEK-lined Stainless Steel. The holder is suitable to connect any Chromolith® guard cartridge of 5 mm length and 3 mm I.D. to an analytical Chromolith® HPLC column.
