General description
La agarosa de flujo rápido comprende microesferas de agarosa muy reticuladas o geles que pueden tolerar altas presiones en comparación con las resinas de microesferas de agarosa convencionales. Por lo tanto, estas resinas son ideales para los métodos de purificación mediante cromatografía líquida de proteínas a gran velocidad (FPLC).
