General description

El medio de mantenimiento de células madre neuronales (NSC) ReNcell es un medio definido sin suero y sin factor de crecimiento que se ha optimizado para el crecimiento y la diferenciación in vitro de las células progenitoras neuronales humanas inmortalizadas ReNcell. Cuando se utilice junto con FGF y EGF, el medio de mantenimiento permitirá la proliferación de células madre neuronales inmortalizadas VM y CX ReNcell. La eliminación de los factores de crecimiento del medio de mantenimiento de NSC ReNcell provocará la diferenciación espontánea de las células progenitoras neuronales inmortalizadas ReNcell

Physical form

El medio de mantenimiento ReNcell NSC contiene DMEM/F12, HEPES, L-glutamina, albúmina sérica humana, transferrina humana, diclorhidrato de putrescina, insulina recombinante humana, L-tiroxina, tri-yodo-tironina, progesterona, selenito de sodio, heparina, corticosterona. Los medios no contienen antibióticos.

Storage and Stability

El medio de mantenimiento de células madre neuronales ReNcell, SCM005 debe almacenarse a -20°C hasta que vaya a utilizarse Al descongelarse, el medio de mantenimiento debe almacenarse a 2-8°C y su fecha de caducidad es de 1 mes.
