Transcription factor EB (TFEB) is a member of the MiT/TFE family of transcription factors that is translocated in a subset of renal tumors. It plays an important role in the signal transduction process required for normal vascularization of the placenta. TFEB specifically recognizes and binds the E-box sequence (5′-CANNTG-3′) and CLEAR box sequence (5′-GTCACGTGAC-3′).
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human TFEB.
Application
Detect TFEB using this rabbit polyclonal antibody, Anti-TFEB Antibody validated for use in western blotting.
