Clone 1N3 is a ZooMAb rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically detects Heat shock protein 60. It targets an epitope within 65 amino acids from the C-terminal half.

Immunogeno

GST/HIs-tagged recombinant fragment corresponding to 65 amino acids from the C-terminal half of human Heat Shock Protein 60, isoform 1.

Applicazioni

Anti-HSP60, clone 1N3 ZooMAb , Cat. No. ZRB1145, is a highly specific rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody, that targets Heat Shock Protein 60 and has been tested for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin), and Western Blotting.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected HSP60 in C6 and NIH/3T3 cell lysates.

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected HSP60 in human kidney and mouse kidney tissue sections.

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected HSP60in HUVEC and HeLa cells.

Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user as specimens and experimental conditions may vary.

60 kDa heat shock protein, mitochondrial (UniProt: P10809; also known as 60 kDa chaperonin, Chaperonin 60, CPN60, Heat shock protein 60, HSP-60, Hsp60, HuCHA60, Mitochondrial matrix protein P1, P60 lymphocyte protein) is encoded by the HSPD1 (also known as HSP60) gene (Gene ID: 3329) in human. Hsp60 is a homoheptameric, highly conserved molecular chaperone present in the mitochondrial matrix where along with Hsp10 it helps in protein folding. It also prevents misfolding of proteins and promotes refolding. It is transcribed by a nuclear gene, translated in the cytosol and the newly translated protein is imported into mitochondria. Its mitochondrial import signal (MIS) is localized in the 26 amino acids at the N-terminus. Following its import, the MIS peptide is cleaved off to generate the mature protein. Its mitochondrial import depends on the mitochondrial membrane potential. Under certain pathological conditions, such as cancer and chronic inflammatory diseases, Hsp60 can also accumulate in the cytosol via a mitochondrial export mechanism. Two isoforms of Hsp60 have been described that are produced by alternative splicing. This ZooMAb recombinant monoclonal antibody, generated by our propriety technology, offers significantly enhanced specificity, affinity, reproducibility, and stability over conventional monoclonals. Stato fisico

Purified recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody IgG, lyophilized in PBS with 5% Trehalose. Normal appearance is a coarse or translucent resin. Contains no biocide or preservatives, such as azide, or any animal by-products. Larger pack sizes provided as multiples of 25 μL.

Ricostituzione

30 μg/mL after reconstitution at 25 μL. Please refer to guidance on suggested starting dilutions and/or titers per application and sample type.

Stoccaggio e stabilità

Recommend storage of lyophilized product at 2-8°C; Before reconstitution, micro-centrifuge vials briefly to spin down material to bottom of the vial; Reconstitute each vial by adding 25 μL of filtered lab grade water or PBS; Reconstituted antibodies can be stored at 2-8°C, or -20°C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws.
