The Pur-A-Lyzer Dialysis Kits are an innovative dialysis tubing that can be conveniently loaded and unloaded using any standard pipette tip while still allowing for 98% sample recovery yield. The revolutionary design of the Pur-A-Lyzer Tube makes it the only dialysis tool which enables true high throughput dialysis, accommodating a large number of samples in a single buffer tank.
The Pur-A-Lyzer Dialysis Tube allows rapid, high performance extraction of macromolecules without contamination. It is ideal for purification of proteins, automated protein sequencing, peptide mapping and amino acid analysis.

The only Pur-a-lyzer™ products that are shipped in a wet condition are those with the 1,000, 25,000 and 50,000 MWCO. All the other MWCO Pur-a-lyzer™ products are shipped dry. The composition of this storage buffer is proprietary information. The volume of buffer is appropriate to the size of the Pur-a-lyzer™.
