NH125 exhibits anti-proliferation activity against many cancer cells. It also exhibits antibacterial effects by inhibiting bacterial histidine protein kinase.[1]
NH125 is a novel plant histidine kinase inhibitor and selective mammalian eurkaryotic elongation factor-2 kinase (eEF-2K).
