Climbazole is an imidazole antifungal agent, which is widely used as an active ingredient in anti-dandruff (AD) shampoos since, it inhibits the microbial growth and improves skin barrier on scalp.[1]

Applicazioni

Climbazole may be used as a reference standard in the determination of climbazole in environmental samples and in samples of anti-dandruff shampoo using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS-MS).[2][1]
