Trafficking protein particle complex 3 (TRAPPC3) is a component of the transport protein particle complex which tethers transport vesicles to the cis-Golgi membrane. It is a 20kDa protein with 180 amino acids. The gene encoding this protein is localized on human chromosome 1p34.3.

Anwendung

Trafficking protein particle complex 3 (TRAPPC3) has a role in vesicular trafficking between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi complex.
