RESOURCE^™ ISO are prepacked SOURCE^™ 15 ISO (isopropyl) columns for purification of proteins and peptides with hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). For fast, high-resolution purifications, RESOURCE^™ columns are excellent choice for polishing and removal of trace impurities.

• RESOURCE^™ HIC columns are available with ether, isopropyl, or phenyl. Generally, RESOURCE^™ PHE will have the strongest hydrophobicity followed by RESOURCE^™ ISO and RESOURCE^™ ETH, successively.
