General description
Dynasore ist ein niedermolekularer GTPase-Inhibitor, der auf Dynamin-1, Dynamin-2 und Drp1 (Mitochondrien) abzielt. Dynasore blockiert die dynaminabhängige Endozytose, die Spaltung von endozytischen Vesikeln. Dynasore ist profibrotisch, induziert PAI-1 in pleuralen Mesothelzellen und kann ein wirksames Pleurodesemittel sein. Dynasore blockiert Infektionen mit humanem Papillomavirus Typ 16 (HPV16) und bovinem Papillomavirus Typ 1 (BPV1) (Pseudovirione).
Dynasorehydrat senkt labiles Cholesterin in der Plasmamembran und verzerrt die Lipid-Raft-Organisation. Dynasore weist pleiotrope Wirkungen auf Infektionen mit Herpes-simplex-Virus-1 (HSV)-1 und HSV-2 auf. Es verhindert das Eindringen des Virus, den Transport von Virusproteinen und die Kapsidbildung.

Application
Dynasorehydrat wird wie folgt verwendet:
- zum Primen von mesenchymalen fetalen Stamm-/Stromazellen (fMSC)
- in der Konfokalmikroskopie
- im Wundheilungs-/Scratch-und-Gefäßbildungs-Assay
- zum Analysieren seiner Wirkung auf Infektionen mit Coxsackie-Virus A9 (CAV9)
- zum Hemmen der clathrinvermittelten Endozytose und caveolinvermittelten Endozytose
- bei der Bildgebung von lebenden Zellen
