Brilliantly colored, exceptionally well-resolved, convenient, and stable, ColorBurst protein molecular weight markers perform impressively in a variety of gel compositions and concentrations. ColorBurst Markers are composed of 8 polypeptides which have been chemically reduced and conjugated to brilliantly colored dyes. Conveniently, ColorBurst Markers require no resuspension, reduction, or heating prior to use.
Colorburst kann verwendet werden, um Molekulargewichte der Proben zu berechnen, um den Fortschritt eines Elektrophoreselaufs zu überwachen oder zum Anzeigen, dass ein Elektroblot abgeschlossen ist.
Preparation Note
Jedes Vial ColorBurst enthält 500 μL Lösung, ausreichend für mindestens 50 Minigel-Applikationen.
Other Notes
Die Lösung enthält Myosin-violett, BSA-rot, GDH-blau, ADH-rot, Carboanhydrase-orange, Trypsin Inhibitor-blau, Lysozym-rot, Aprotinin-blau, 200 mM Tris, SDS und Formamid. Jedes Lot bietet die ersichtlichen Molekulargewichte, bestimmt durch Vergleich mit einem nicht-konjugierten Standard.
