Recombinant, human p34^Cdk1/cyclin B expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. This kinase is a major regulator of the eukaryotic cell cycle. As a monomer, Cdk1 is inactive and requires association with cyclin B and phosphorylation of Thr¹⁶¹ to form an active complex. MW: 34000(p34^Cdk1) and 55000(cyclinB).
