Beschreibung

Allgemeine Beschreibung

A highly potent antagonist of purinergic P2X₄ receptor. Shown to block P2X₄-mediated currents in Chinese hamster ovary cells (IC₅₀ = 500 nM). Blocks ATP-induced dilation of spiral ligament capillaries in guinea pigs. Also shown to restore the viability of activated CD4+ cells in the presence of 1 mM ATP.
