Speed range from 100 to 1,200 rpm enables smooth stirring even at low speeds. Digital display for speed and interval setting, QuickSet for quickly setting the initial or maximum speed, QuickStop function to prevent overrunning and glass breakage, saving the last functional state when switching off.
