Aplicação

• Sesamin in lipid metabolism research: A study in Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications explored sesamin′s ability to alleviate lipid accumulation in liver cells, employing Sesame Oil Related Compound A as a biochemical analysis tool for observing molecular interactions within cellular pathways (Dong et al., 2024).


• Characterization of lignans in black sesame: Research published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry identified novel α-glucosidase inhibitors from sesame, utilizing Sesame Oil Related Compound A as a reference standard for quantifying and verifying the biochemical components of sesame derivatives (Doungwichitrkul et al., 2024).
