Anti-MURC antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. MURC (muscle-related coiled-coil protein) is suggested to regulate RhoA (ras homolog family member A)/ROCK (rho-associated protein kinase) signaling pathway. It is involved in cardiac contractile dysfunction and atrioventricular conduction disturbances, resulting in increased risk to atrial arrhythmias. It is suggested to be linked with human cardiomyopathies.
