Zinc finger protein 71 (ZNF71) is induced by tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα). It is composed of 490 amino acids and possesses 13 C2H2 zinc finger motifs. The gene encoding this endothelial protein is localized on human chromosome 19q13.4.

Zinc finger protein 71 (ZNF71) regulates a large variety of transcriptional-associated mechanisms. Studies have shown that the gene encoding ZNF71 is associated with total immunoglobin E (IgE) in asthmatics.
