General description

Each Cooling Chamber is a solid aluminum block that surrounds inserted tubes to guarantee sustained hot or cold temperatures.

Application

Aluminum heating/cooling block has been used to cool PCR tubes during dilution of DNA fragments and the preparation of the enzyme master mix for in vitro cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS)reaction.[1]
