Description générale

AcroPrep 96 well filter plates (1 mL) are ideal for use with HPLC sample preparation. 96 well filter plates can be used in both filtrate- and retentate-based applications. In addition, these mulitwell filter plates have either long or short fluid directors to direct the flow of the filtrate without cross-contamination. Proprietary sealing process allows flexibility in sealing a wide range of membrane both single and multiple layers.

Depending on the membrane, the following applications are suitable for the AcroPrep 96 well filter plates, 1 mL:

GHP Membrane:

• Bead-/sorbent-based applications
• Protein precipitation

PTFE Membrane:

• Sample prep using solvents
• Aggressive filtration applications

Glass Fiber Media:

• Lysate clarification
• Isolation of RNA, gDNA and plasmids from culture

Glass Fiber over Bio-Inert Membrane:

• Clarification of cell lysates and tissue homogenates
• Applications that require prefiltration
