HiTrap Protein A HP is a prepacked ready to use, column for preparative purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The special design of the column, together with the medium provide fast, simple and easy separations in a convenient format.

Application

HiTrap Protein A HP is a prepacked Protein A Sepharose High Performance column for preparative purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies from ascites, serum, and cell culture supernatants.

  • High binding capacitiy of 20 mg IgG/mL medium and fast kinetics.
  • 34 μm bead size for high-performance, high-resolution purifications.
  • Designed for use with syringe, pump, or chromatography system such as ÄKTA design or FPLC System.
  • Stable over pH 3 to 9 for use, and 2 to 10 for cleaning.
  • Robust, easy-to-use method.
