Releases non-reducing, terminal α-1,3-fucose and α-1,4-fucose from complex carbohydrates.

Other Notes

One unit will release 1.0 μmole of fucose from Lewis X trisaccharide, 4-methylumbelliferyl glycoside per min at pH 5.0 at 37 °C.
