TSKgel SWXL-Säulen sind allgemein als erstklassige Säulen für die Analyse von Biopolymeren mittels GFC bekannt. Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Porenvolumen pro Säule, eine geringe Probenadsorption und ausgezeichnete Säuleneffizienz aus, wodurch eine unvergleichliche Auflösung erreicht wird. Mit 5-μm-Partikeln und 250-Å-Poren ist TSKgel G3000SWXL eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für die Trennung von Proteinen und großen Peptiden. Der Fraktionierungsbereich gilt für globuläre Proteinproben bis zu 0,5 Millionen Da.

Physikalische Form

Versand in 0,05,% NaN3 und 0,1 M Na2SO4 in 0,1 M Phosphatpuffer, pH 6,7.

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  2. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.   3. Can this column be used on an Aekta system (FPLC)? Or is an HPLC required?

    1. This product is intended for use in HPLC. However, the item may be functional under FPLC conditions with the appropriate ÄKTA adapters.

  4. Dears, Please advise whether or not Pre-column is required to be used with this item (Tosoh G3000 SWXL TSK Gel 7.8 mm x 30 cm, 5 µm)

    1. This product does not require a pre-column, it is used as an analytical column.
