General description
Application
Die Anwendung von Tartrazin kommt beim Phloxin-Tartrazin-Verfahren für zelluläre Inklusionen wie Virusaggregate und Eosinophilgranulate vor. Es kann als Ersatz für Orange G in einer Variante von Mallory-Trichrom-Färbung und in einer Methylviolett-Tartrazin-Mischung zum Färben von Kryptosporiden in Kotproben und Schleimhautabstrichen verwendet werden.
