HS-72 is a cell permeable, highly selective allosteric inhibitor of inducible Hsp70 (Hsp70i) over constitutively active Hsc70. HS-72 inhibits cancer cell proliferation and promotes a survival in a HER2+ mouse model of breast cancer.
HS-72 is a cell permeable, highly selective allosteric inhibitor of inducible Hsp70 (Hsp70i).
HS-72 is also termed as ((S)-N-(1-propyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1-(pyrazin-2-yl)piperidine-3-carboxamide).[1] It is considered as a powerful anti-dengue virus (DENV) therapeutic agent. It displays anti-DENV activity in monocyte and liver cell lines. HS-72 stimulates the accumulation of cellular proteins.[1]
