Beschreibung

Application

Chromogenes Substrat zur Verwendung mit alkalischen und sauren Phosphatase-ELISA-Verfahren. Produziert ein lösliches Endprodukt mit gelber Färbung, das bei 405 nm spektrophotometrisch gelesen werden kann. Die pNPP-Reaktion kann mit 3 N NaOH gestoppt und bei 405 nm abgelesen werden.

Phosphatase-Substrat wird als Substrat beim TRAP-Assay (tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase/tartratresistente saure Phosphatase)[1] und bei der alkalischen Phosphatase (ALP) verwendet.[2][3]
