Beschreibung

General description

Lokalisiert ein Epitop in der schweren Kette des Myosins. Färbt die schnellen (Typ II) und neonatalen Isomyosinmoleküle, die in der Skelettmuskulatur vorkommen, aber nicht das Myosin aus Herzmuskel, glatter Muskulatur oder anderen Geweben als Muskeln in kultivierten Zellen. Reagiert mit humanen Rhabdomyosarkomen.

Myosin aus Kaninchenmuskel.

Application

Die Konzentration von Myosin (Fast) in Serumproben von Sportlern mit vorangegangener Verletzung wurde im Western Blot mittels eines monoklonalen Anti-Myosin-Antikörpers von der Maus (skelettal/Fast) als primärer Antikörper in einer Verdünnung von 1:90000 bestimmt.
