Application

Zum Mischen mit Acrylamid für die Herstellung von Polyacrylamidgelen für den Einsatz in Protein- und Nukleinsäure-Elektrophorese.

N,N′-Methylenebisacrylamide solution has been used as a component of hydrogel precursor solution and magnified analysis of the proteome (MAP) gel solution during hydrogel fabrication.[1][2] It has also been used as a component of re-embedding solution during re-embedding of expanded hydrogels.[3]
