Lidocainhydrochloridmonohydrat wird häufig als Lokalanästhetikum in topischen Anwendungen und bei Biopsien der Mundschleimhaut eingesetzt. Es hat eine kurze Anästhetikum-Halbwertszeit.

Application

Lidocainhydrochloridmonohydrat wird wie folgt verwendet:

• Zur Herstellung von Arzneimittelzusammensetzungen für die kontrollierte Abgabe in vitro, wie durch das Arzneimittelabgabeprofil in Ultrahochleistungsflüssigeitschromatographie (UPLC) bewertet und als Referenzstandard für FTIR-Spektroskopie.
• Zur Aufzeichnung der dosisabhängigen Reaktion von Natriumspannnungskanälen (Nav1.7) in der spritzgegossenen Polymervorrichtung.
• Zur Hemmung von Gliazellen in Hirngewebeproben.
