General description
Histopaque®-1077 ist eine Lösung, die Polysaccharose und Natriumditrizoat umfasst, die auf eine Dichte von 1,077 ± 0,001 g/cm3 angepasst wird. Dieses Medium ermöglicht die schnelle Rückgewinnung von lebensfähigen Lymphozyten aus kleinen Mengen von Vollblut. Diese Technik eignet sich zur Verwendung bei der zellvermittelten Lympholyse und zur Typisierung von humanem Lymphozytenantigen (HLA)2. Sie kann auch als erster Isolierungsschritt vor der Zählung von T-, B- und „Null“-Lymphozyten eingesetzt werden. Sie wird zum Herstellen eines Dichtegradientenmediums zur Aufreinigung von Lymphozyten und anderen mononukleären Zellen verwendet.
