Beschreibung

General description

Echtrotviolett-LB-Salz, auch bekannt als 4′-Amino-2′-chlor-5′-methylbenzanilid. Es ist ein lipophiles Amin mit einem aromatischen System von moderater Größe und einem hydrophilen Diazoniumkation. Das Diazoniumsalz ist im Handel als Zinkchlorid-Doppelsalz erhältlich. Es enthält einen Farbstoffgehalt von ≥ 90 %.

Application

• Das Echtrotviolett-LB-Salz ist für die Quantifizierung von alkalischer Phosphatase mittels histochemischer, hämatologischer, histologischer und durchflusszytometrischer Methoden geeignet.
• Es wurde verwendet, um die Rolle von TNF-α während Frakturheilungen zu untersuchen.
• Es wurde zum Nachweis von Tartrat-resistenter saurer Phosphatase (TRAP) in Gewebeschnitten verwendet.[1]
