General description

Desoxynukleosidtriphosphate (dNTP) sind Substrate für die DNA-Polymerisationenzyme und sind die essenziellen Baublöcke von Nukleinsäuremolekülen. Es unterstützt die Synthese von Kopien der Ziel-DNA, indem es jede der vier Basen (dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP) bereitstellt.(2) dNTP ist eine Schlüsselkomponente von PCR-Mastermix, da sie für die DNA-Amplifikationsreaktion erforderlich ist.

Application

Das Desoxynukleotid-Set, 10 mmol/l wird für Folgendes eingesetzt:

• Polymerase-Kettenreaktion (PCR)[1][2]

• DNA-Reparatur[1]
