Application

SIGMAFAST BCIP^®/NBT wird als Substrat verwendet

für die IgG-konjugierte alkalische Anti-Maus-Phosphatase im Immunblotting
für die alkalische Phosphatase in der histochemischen Färbung von primären Osteoblasten
für die alkalische Phosphatasen-Färbung in Knochenmark-Stromazellen

Preparation Note

Jede in 10 ml entionisiertem Wasser aufgelöste Tablette ergibt eine gebrauchsfertige gepufferte Lösung, die BCIP/NBT enthält und einen pH-Wert von 9,5 hat.

Is it ok to store this tablet (sigmafast BCIP/NBT) after being dissolved in water? (in case I couldn't use all 10 mL) If it's ok, which temperature (and other conditions) should I store it?

  For best results, it is recommended to use the solution within 1 hour. Long term storage of the solution has not been evaluated. A prepared BCIP/NBT solution is available under product number B6404. This product is prepared in Tris buffer and may be stored at room temperature. See the links below for the product datasheets for each item.
