3-Amino-9-ethylcarbazol ist ein Chromogen

Application

3-Amino-9-ethylcarbazol (AEC) wurde als ein Chromogen in der Immunhistochemie zur Visualisierung von Zellen verwendet.[1] Es wurde außerdem als Substrat im Enzyme-Linked Immunospot Assay (ELISpot) eingesetzt.[2]

Biochem/physiol Actions

3-Amino-9-ethylcarbazol ist ein Peroxidase-Substrat für die Anwendung in Immunblotting- und immunhistologischen Färbeverfahren. Das Substrat produziert ein unlösliches Endprodukt mit roter Färbung, das visuell abgelesen werden kann.
