General description
Die IgG4-assoziierte sklerosierende Erkrankung ist eine Systemerkrankung, die durch einen erhöhten IgG4-Serumspiegel, sklerosierende Fibrose und ein diffuses lymphoplasmazelluläres Infiltrat mit reichlich IgG4-positiven Plasmazellen charakterisiert ist. Klinische Manifestationen zeigen sich in Bauchspeicheldrüse, Gallengang, Gallenblase, Tränendrüsen, Speicheldrüsen, Retroperitoneum, Nieren, Lungen, Brust, Schilddrüse und Prostata. Immunhistochemische Analysen der betroffenen Gewebe ergeben bei Fällen von IgG4-assoziierter sklerosierender Erkrankung nicht nur eine signifikant höhere Anzahl von IgG4-positiven Plasmazellen als normalerweise.[1][2][3][4][4][5][6][7]
