General description
Anti-CD56 erkennt zwei Proteine des Neuralzellen-Adhäsionsmoleküls, dem Grundmolekül, das auf den meisten neuroektodermal gewonnenen Zelllinien, Gewebe und Neoplasmen (z. B. Retinoblastome, Medulloblastome, Astrozytome, Neuroblastome und kleinzellige Karzinome) exprimiert wird. Es wird auch in einigen mesodermal gewonnenen Tumoren (Rhabdomysarkom) exprimiert.
Physical form
Lösung in Tris-Puffer, pH 7,3–7,7, mit 1 % BSA und <0,1 % Natriumazid
