Beschreibung

General description

The EZ-FIT^® filtration unit is a single-use filtration device made of white, gridded, and mixed cellulose esters (MCE) membrane with a pink base. It provides a safe and fast way of performing membrane filtration by avoiding the exposure to the risks of microbiological analysis.

The filtration units are e-beam irrated, a vented lid covers the sample throughout filtration, and a 360° rim prevents forceps from accidentally touching the membrane filtration area during membrane transfer, to protect samples from contamination while ensuring reliable microbial enumeration results.

The EZ-FIT^® Azure feature makes the EZ-FIT^® filtration unit even more ergonomic and convenient with transparent funnel and all-around filling level indicators for an easy filling from any angle. The innovative funnel assembly design prevents any leaks or sample by-pass of the membrane.

The filtration units conform to international standards and minimize sample residue. The units can be stacked to save the work area. This disposable device is designed to fit onto the EZ-FIT^® Manifold, which features specific EZ-FIT^® Filtration heads.

The EZ-Fit^®Filtration funnel is used in bioburden testing of liquid samples such as water,process samples, or final products.It is designed for optimizing the lab workflowand for providing rapid and reliable microbiological results.
