General description
Nativer Von-Willebrand-Faktor aus menschlichem Plasma. Ein Glykoproteinkomplex, der in Plasma, Blutplättchen und Subendothel zu finden ist. Ein adhäsives Protein, das die Initiierung und das Fortschreiten der Bildung von Thromben an der Verletzungsstelle vermittelt.
Physical form
Lyophilisiert aus 100 mM Glycin, 100 mM NaCl, 25 mM Natriumcitrat, pH 6,8.
Preparation Note
Aus Plasma von Personen hergestellt, die in zertifizierten Tests für HBsAg und Antikörper gegen HIV und HCV als negativ befunden wurden.
Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °C bis zu 1 Jahr haltbar.
