Ein auf Hydroxamaten basierender Inhibitor von Kollagenase, Gelatinase und TACE (TNF-α converting enzyme/ADAM17; IC₅₀ = 100 nM). Blockiert die spontane und PMA-induzierte Freisetzung von TNF-α in transfizierten COS-7-Zellen.

Ein auf Hydroxymat basierender Inhibitor von Kollagenase, Gelatinase und TACE [(TNF-α convertase; ADAM17 (IC₅₀ = 100 nM)]. Blockiert die spontane und PMA-induzierte Freisetzung von TNF-α aus transfizierten COS-7-Zellen.
