Beschreibung

General description

Hochgereinigte Zubereitung von Rinderhirnsphingosin mit >99 % des erythro-Isomers. Ein potenter, zellpermeabler, reversibler und selektiver Inhibitor von Proteinkinase C (PKC; IC₅₀ = 2,8 µM) und Insulinrezeptor Tyrosinkinase. PKC-Hemmung ist in Bezug auf Diacylglycerin, Phorbol-Dibutyrat und Ca²⁺ kompetitiv. Beeinflusst nicht die Aktivität der Myosin-Leichtketten-Kinase und der Proteinkinase A. Löst Apoptose in menschlichen Leukämiezellen HL-60 aus. Hinweis: Dieses Produkt darf nicht für die Behandlung von Tieren, In-vivo-Forschung oder in anderen Kontaktverfahren bei Viehbeständen verwendet werden.
