General description

Ein zellpermeabler, reversibler Inhibitor der Proteinkinase C mit größerer Selektivität für PKC δ; (IC50 = 3-6 µ;M) und PKCθ;. Hemmt die PKCα;-, PKCβ;- und PKCγ;-Isoformen, jedoch mit wesentlich reduzierter Potenz (IC50 = 30-42 µ;M). Hat eine reduzierte hemmende Wirkung auf PKCε; PKCη;- und PKCζ;-Isoformen(IC50 = 80-100 µ;M). Hemmt auch die CaM-Kinase III (IC50 = 5,3 µ;M).
