Native Pyruvatoxidase aus Aerococcus viridans. Katalysiert die Oxidation von Pyruvat zu Acetylphosphat, Kohlenstoffdioxid und Wasserstoffperoxid in Gegenwart von Phosphat.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.

Other Notes

Eine Einheit ist definiert als die Menge an Enzym, die 1 µ;mol H₂;O₂; pro Minute bei 37 °;C und pH 6,5 generiert.
