Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Pyrrolopyridinyl-Verbindung, die als potenter, selektiver und auf ATP-Bindungsstellen abzielender MK-2/MAPKAP-K2-Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 8,5, 81 und 210 nM gegen MK-2, MK-5 bzw. MK-3) wirkt, während sie gegen 8 andere Kinasen, die häufig untersucht werden, viel weniger oder gar keine Aktivität zeigt. Unterdrückt nachweislich die LPS-induzierte TNF-α;-Produktion in U937-Zellen (IC₅₀ = 4,4 µ;M).
