Ein nicht-ionisches Detergens-Analog von CHAPS und CHAPSO. Weist reduzierte elektrostatische Interaktionen auf, die eine Anionenaustausch-Chromatografie auf DEAE-Cellulose nicht beeinträchtigen. Weist eine kritische Mizellenkonzentration (CMC) von 1,1 bis 1,4 mM und eine Aggregationszahl von 8-16 auf.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution im Kühlschrank aufbewahren (bei 4 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei 4 °;C bis zu 6 Monate haltbar.
