General description

Die PAMAM-Dendrimer-Lösung mit Ethylendiamin-Kern, Generation 4.0, ist ein Poly(amidoamin), das in einer Klasse dendritischer Polymere eingestuft wird, die mittels einer zweistufigen interaktiven Reaktion hergestellt werden können, die Generationen um den zentralen Ethylendiamin-Kern bildet. Sie besteht aus Stickstoff und Amiden als Funktionsgruppen, die in einem regelmäßigen „Zweig-auf-Zweig“-Muster angeordnet sind. Sie wird vornehmlich als hochleistungsfähiger Chelatbildner verwendet.

Application

Die PAMAM-Dendrimer-Lösung mit Ethylendiamin-Kern, Generation 4.0, wird als Verdichtungsmittel verwendet, das die Konformationsänderungen im DNA-Molekül herbeiführt. Es kann am Cellulosesubstrat gebunden werden, das als biofunktionelle Oberfläche für potenzielle Anwendungen in Immunassays wirkt. Es wird in MRT-Kontrastmitteln und bei der Kondensatbildung von Kieselgel-Nanosphären verwendet.

  1. Hello,  What is the total volume of solution in the bottle containing  PAMAM dendrimer, ethylenediamine core, generation 4.0 solution size of 2.5 G?

    1. This product is packaged in mass, and the exact volume is not measured. However, the density is 0.813 g/mL at 25 degrees Celsius, so a 2.5 gram bottle should nominally contain approximately 3.08 mL of solution, while a 10 gram bottle should nominally contain approximately 12.32 mL of solution.

  2. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  3. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
